On April 15, 2020 our illustrious club held its first virtual general session via Microsoft Teams in order to stay within compliance of social distancing guidelines and common sense during this time.
The agenda was as follows:
Formal authorization vote for the Humble Bundle for 3D printer assets that is being discussed on the Teams. After some discussion, we have determined that for various reasons we can’t count likes on the Teams post as an actual vote per our Glorious Constitution. Since a vote in how club money is spent is one of the main benefits of being a member in the first place, and we are mindful that it is member money we are merely stewards of, we want to make sure that we are by the book and fully above-board with how we handle our finances, including this purchase authorization vote. (Vote passed)
Open discussion on remote gaming, in which everyone is welcome to share success stories, tools, approaches, and questions related to RPG gaming during these times of social distancing and home isolation. If you have specific topics that you’d like to share or questions that you would like asked, please feel free to send those to me to make sure they get included. Otherwise, expect it to be pretty free-form!
Keeping up connections! It will be great to hear your voices and see your faces again, even if over a screen. It’s important to stay connected.
Feel free to responsibly BYOB and/or BYO Pizza to this virtual general session!
The virtual meeting will be held via Microsoft Teams. Those of you external to the NASA firewall should be able to join with the meeting link that will be included at the bottom of this calendar invite (it opens the Teams web app in a browser).
Our next general session will be next Wednesday, March 11th at 5pm in the NASA Cafeteria.
Scheduled campaigns include:
DnD 5e | Descent into Avernus | GM: Bryce M. | Open to: observers
DnD 5e | Lost Mines of Phandelver | GM: Jason K. | Open to: observers

We will also have our usual assortment of single-session / rules-light RPGs for low-overhead fun. Socializing, observing, and general nerdery are also always welcome. Training / beginner games available upon request! Simply indicate as such on the RSVP form.
We will order pizzas based on RSVPs, and Afterburners will be open for drinks.
Happy New Year everyone! We are excited to announce our first General Session of 2020: Wednesday, January 15th at 5pm in the NASA Cafeteria.
Currently active campaigns:
DnD 5e | Descent into Avernus | GM: Bryce Moran | Open to: observers
DnD 5e | Lost Mines of Phandelver | GM: Jason Kirk | Open to: new players and observers
Due to the recent completion of several ongoing campaigns, there are many players currently looking for an ongoing campaign. This would be a great session to solicit a new party, run a training game or planning session, or demo a single-session trial run of an idea you are working on! Please notify the Lord/Lady of Games, TJ Wignall (info at larctabletoprpg dot club, or look him up in the employee directory to contact him directly) if you intend to run or start a new game at this session.
We will also have our usual variety of fun, rules-light, single-session RPGs available for play. Friends, colleagues, and observers are always welcome to join our general sessions.
Please RSVP below for the session so that we can plan logistics:
